Property Renovation, to include a Single Storey Extension, to 'Cumbria'

The detached property occupies a large site, located in a picturesque village of East Devon U.K. My clients brief included reconfiguring the ground floor layout, including extending the existing footprint, to provide a versatile bedroom / studio space. The site sits within an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and all local planning requirements, were adhered to, whilst considering the clients` brief. The project design has recently been granted planning consent.
